Once the finished piece has been created a silhouette of a squirrel is individually hand crafted into each piece then carefully and meticulously it is hand polished, where each application must be allowed time to dry before sanding down again in preparation for the next coat, this is the only way to produce a truly deep and lustrous finish that finally reveals the outstanding character of the wood.
